Anne McGuinness is an Investor Relations Manager for American Homes 4 Rent (NYSE: AMH), an internally managed Maryland real estate investment trust, focused on acquiring, renovating, leasing, and operating attractive, single-family homes as rental properties. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day logistics of the investor relations program, multiple aspects of the quarterly earnings process, and all logistical coordination of investor relations events and responsibilities. Prior to joining American Homes 4 Rent, Anne held investor relations positions at Health Net, Inc., a managed care organization that delivers managed health care services through health plans and government-sponsored managed care plans, and DTS, Inc., a premier audio solutions provider for high-definition entertainment experiences.
Sam Ramraj is vice president of Investor Relations for Edison International, the parent company of Southern California Edison, one of the nation’s largest electric utilities. In addition to the utility, Edison International has subsidiaries that are competitive businesses providing commercial and industrial customers with energy management and procurement services and distributed solar generation. He is responsible for strategic and tactical leadership of the company’s communications and interaction with the investment community, in addition to building and managing relationships with investors, sell-side analysts and other investment community stakeholders and influencers.
Ramraj has more than 20 years of experience in corporate investor relations and sell-side equity research. Prior to joining Edison International in 2017, he served as vice president of Investor Relations for Tesoro Corporation, a Fortune 100 company that is an independent refiner and marketer of petroleum products.
Previously, Ramraj was at URS Corporation in San Francisco where he worked in investor relations for 12 years, including as vice president of Investor Relations and director of Investor Relations. Before joining URS, he was an equity research analyst with a number of investment banks, including Lehman Brothers, Salomon Smith Barney, and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson.
Geri Weinfeld currently works as Senior Director of Investor Relations at Xperi Corp., listed on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange. From 2011 to 2014, she worked as an IR consultant for Nexon Co. Ltd., a free-to-play online gaming company headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, that traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange after going public in 2011 and raising $1.2 billion. Prior to working with Nexon, Geri was Senior Manager of Investor Relations at Activision Blizzard from 2004-2009, Director of Investor Relations at Autobytel.com and Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Buy.com. She started her career as a NASDAQ market maker working at a full service brokerage firm in Washington, DC.
Katie is Vice President of Global Investor Relations at Tennenbaum Capital Partners (“TCP”), a leading alternative investment management firm founded in 1999 with a proven track record investing in both performing credit and special situations. Katie manages the investor relations efforts for TCP’s publicly traded business development company, TCP Capital Corp (TCPC).
Prior to joining Tennenbaum in 2018, Katie was a member of the investor relations team at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. Prior to moving to Los Angeles in 2014, Katie held various roles in financial services organizations in New York, including as a sell-side analyst on the Power & Utilities team at Credit Suisse, and as a Vice President in the Finance Department at Goldman Sachs. Katie also spent a brief period as the chief financial officer for an early-stage clean technology company. Katie began her career in the financial services audit practice at KPMG, after graduating with a degree in Accounting from Hartwick College. Katie also holds an MBA from Columbia University.
Kimberly Esterkin is a Senior Vice President at Financial Profiles, Inc. a full-service public and investor relations firm in Los Angeles. Kimberly has twelve years of experience in the investor relations and financial services industries. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania in 2006, Kimberly began her career in management consulting for Orion Consultants in New York where she focused on the fixed income markets. After moving to Los Angeles, in 2009, Kimberly worked as an associate for Goldman Sachs' Private Wealth Management Division. In 2011, Kimberly joined ADDO Investor Relations, a boutique IR firm in West Los Angeles, where she managed and supported over a dozen IR campaigns across the consumer, technology, internet, and financial services industries as Vice President of Investor Relations. In 2015, Kimberly joined Tetra Tech (Nasdaq: TTEK), a $3 billion market cap engineering and consulting firm in Pasadena as the Manager of Investor Relations. Kimberly also served as Vice President of Investor Relations for a pre-IPO financial services company in Woodland Hills, California, before most recently joining Financial Profiles, Inc.
Stéphanie Van Hassel is head of investor relations for MedMen Enterprises, the nation’s preeminent cannabis company and the most recognized brand in the emerging marijuana industry.
Ms. Van Hassel brings more than a decade of experience in investor relations in the hedge fund world and is the principal liaison between MedMen and the investment community, responsible for communicating the company’s growth strategy and performance measures. Prior to joining MedMen, she was co-head of investor services at Atlantic Investment Management, which reached a peak of $2.5 billion in assets during her tenure, and associate vice president at Advent Capital Management. Ms. Van Hassel holds of Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.
Matthew Policastro is the Group VP for the West Coast. Based in Los Angeles, he is responsible for sales and operations for the entire West Coast that includes, Seattle, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, Newport Beach, and Phoenix.
In 2003, Matt joined Business Wire as an Account Executive in its Los Angeles office. In 2008, he was appointed Regional Manager of Los Angeles.
Matt is an alumni of Rutgers University and received his MBA from Pepperdine University. He is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and The Public Relations Society of America.
Jason is a Vice President at ADDO Investor Relations and has over ten years of experience in investor relations, strategy, and financial services. Prior to ADDO, Jason held strategy/investor relations roles at Banc of California (NYSE: BANC) and Maxim Integrated (NASDAQ: MXIM) as well as finance, operations, and private banking roles at J.P. Morgan (NYSE: JPM).
Jason has been heavily involved in strategic investor communication, developing, planning and executing quarterly earnings releases, annual report content creation and design, website administration, investor targeting, IR plan development and supporting multiple strategic planning projects during his career in strategy and IR.
In addition to serving on the board for NIRI’s Los Angeles Chapter, Jason also serves on the board of Berkeley Humane located in Berkeley, CA. Jason received a BA in Economics from The Ohio State University and an MBA with concentrations in both Finance and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
As the Vice President – Head of Sales, Scott is responsible for Q4’s total growth of market share expansion. With over 20 years of Wall Street experience, Scott brings a unique 360-degree perspective and diverse skill-set, having served as a critical source of new revenue generation, sales leadership and relationship management.
Most notably, Scott served at NASDAQ OMX, where he held several key roles and successfully achieved several awards including the CEO Platinum award for consistently leading in global sales, before being promoted to, and successfully leading the East Coast and Canadian markets in regional sales for more than 3 years.
Scott received his B.A. from Rutgers University. Scott is an active participant and member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), and formerly an active member of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals.
Jennifer DiGrazia is the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at Ariel Investments and is responsible for strengthening and cultivating Ariel’s client relationships. She joined the firm in 2017, after serving as Head of Investor Relations for DreamWorks Animation. In this capacity, she developed relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional investors, portfolio managers and investment research analysts. Jenn was also in charge of articulating DreamWorks Animation’s strategic priorities while fostering confidence and credibility among the investment community. Before DreamWorks, she held two senior positions at DIRECTV; Principal Strategist for Revenue, Strategy and Planning, and Senior Director of Investor Relations. Prior to that, she served in various roles in Corporate Finance and Strategic Planning at Time Warner Cable and MTV Networks. Jenn is a board member for Communities in Schools Los Angeles, a member of the National Investor Relations Institute and graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
Stacy Feit is Senior Director, Investor Relations at The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated. Previously, Stacy was a Senior Vice President in the investor relations and financial communications division of MWW.
Stacy has guided numerous clients through major milestones, including initial public offerings, spin-offs, acquisitions and restructurings, while also developing and implementing ongoing investor relation programs. Stacy has worked with companies across industries including alternative energy, consumer, healthcare, industrial, lodging, mining, media, real estate and technology.
Prior to joining MWW, Stacy was an associate at Citigroup Global Markets in their middle market institutional equity sales group. Earlier in her career, Stacy was an analyst in the global corporate and investment banking division at Bank of America where she covered companies in the gaming and leisure industry.
Stacy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2005. She is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Los Angeles.
Theresa Souza is a Senior Account Executive for AST and D.F. King. She is responsible for business development efforts across AST’s transfer agency, equity plan administration, corporate proxy and ownership intelligence services. Prior to joining AST in January 2017, Theresa was a part of Nasdaq Global Corporate Solutions Team as an Enterprise Sales Director for its Investor Relations offerings in Texas and the Midwest. Theresa has over a decade of experience in Investor Relations and Capital Markets and started her career working with Investment Managers and Hedge Fund clients in California and Texas at FactSet Research Systems. Theresa has a passion for helping clients maximize their ROI through consultative and bespoke solutions.
Originally from the Bay Area, Theresa graduated from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA, with a Bachelor of Arts in International Business & Management and a minor in Economics.
Ms. Hillman has 20 years of investor relations and corporate communications experience. She also holds the designation of Investor Relations Charter (IRC).
Ms. Hillman currently is vice president of Investor Relations for Private National Mortgage Acceptance Company, LLC's (PennyMac) two publicly-traded companies, PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. (NYSE: PFSI) and PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust (NYSE: PMT). Previously, she was at Health Net, Inc. (NYSE: HNT) (now Centene Corporation).
Ms. Hillman was employed by Health Net from 1994 until 2016. She held several roles of increasing responsibility over the years, with duties including financial and competitive analysis, annual report development and production, IR website and Investor Day events, and overseeing the editing, approval and issuance of all company press releases. Ms. Hillman was instrumental in establishing Health Net's IR website in the late 1990s. Additionally, she was a key member of the teams responsible for launching Health Net's mission, vision and goals and redesigning the company's Intranet site.
Ms. Hillman is a member of both the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and NIRI's Los Angeles Chapter. She was elected to the NIRI Los Angeles Chapter board of directors in 2014 and currently serves as treasurer. From 2005 to 2017, Ms. Hillman served on the board of directors of Right Road Kids, a nonprofit organization with a mission to inspire and work with children to build self-esteem, character, confidence, talents and life skills. She was actively involved in local youth soccer programs for more than 10 years.
Ms. Hillman received her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
